Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing or postal service issues in your country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Incense Hour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@incensehour.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this group, we will contact you for an alternative address.
